Terms of use for properties

Who we are

The "Elafonisos Bookings" service (book.elafonisos.co) is provided by [Provider name, VAT number, address, contact email] ("we"). These terms apply to every property that creates an account ("you").

The service

We give you a system where you set rooms, prices and availability, and receive booking requests from guests through your page on elafonisos.co. The basic plan is free. More features may be offered later on a paid plan, on terms announced before they apply.

A request is not a booking until you accept it. The contract for the stay is made directly between you and the guest; we are not a party to it and we do not collect money on your behalf.

Your obligations

You give true details about the property, prices and availability, and keep them up to date. You answer requests in good time. You meet your obligations to guests, your tax obligations and your licence (e.g. MHTE / AMA number).

You use guests’ details only for their booking and stay. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf under the Data processing agreement.

Photos and texts you upload must be your own or used with permission.

Availability and liability

We take care that the service works properly, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or that it brings bookings. We are not responsible for disputes between you and guests. [Limit of liability: to be set by the lawyer.]

Suspension and deletion

We may suspend an account that gives false details or harms guests or the service. You may ask to delete your account at any time; the data is then deleted or returned to you as the Data processing agreement says.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we will tell you by email before they apply. Greek law applies. [Competent courts: to be set by the lawyer.]
